Refund policy

All purchases are final

Parakh doesn't give refunds for complete reports (₹500, or ₹299 with Pro) or for Parakh Pro (₹499 a month). Check what each one includes in the app before you buy.

Cancelling Parakh Pro

Cancel any time in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in your iPhone's App Store settings.
Pro stays on until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.

Payments

You pay through Google Play or the App Store, and we never see your card or UPI details. Purchases made there are also covered by Google's and Apple's own terms.

A purchase that didn't arrive

If a report or Pro doesn't appear after you've paid, tap Restore purchase in the app. If it still doesn't appear, write to support@getparakh.in with the Parakh ID from the app's Settings and we'll restore it.
